Our Team
Dr. Emily Jiang is the Founder and Medical Director of Sano Health Club. She is a board-certified family physician who received her medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
Sano Health is her vision for what health care should be: a collaborative approach using the best of ancient wisdom and modern technology and merging it together to treat the whole person.
She believes in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. This is something she learned at a young age when she witnessed how her own father healed from triple bypass surgery and diabetes. Radical changes to his lifestyle habits and a daily practice of qigong, an ancient Chinese practice that includes controlled movement and meditation, led to remarkable results and overall healing.
Dr. Emily completed her Family Medicine residency training in Chicago at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, focusing on women’s health. While there, she volunteered at the Chicago Women’s Health Center. Service to others and giving back to the community have always been important to her.
Kevin Jiang, MD is a double-board certified physician in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and the Co-Founder of Sano Health Club. Dr. Jiang is passionate about nutrition, movement, wellness, and the care of the whole individual.
Dr. Jiang graduated from Saint Louis University medical school, completed a general surgery internship at Rush University Medical Center, and did his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Loyola University in Chicago. He completed a fellowship in Pain Medicine from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
Dr. Jiang’s focus has always been to support his patients to look and feel like the best version of themselves. He takes a deep dive into their health from start to finish and incorporates techniques to produce long lasting, sustainable changes.
Outside of work, you can find him playing tennis or searching for new adventures such as hiking, camping, or traveling to new places.
